Fidic Act
All the agreements between contractor and subcontractor are according to the FIDIC code of Ethics and FIDIC contracts 2017
Labor Rights
The subcontractor should provide all the labor rights according to the prevailing labor act, 2017.
Country Economic
Subcontractor should enroll Nepalese people as far as possible in the construction.
Child Rights
The worker must be above 18 years old. Subcontractor should work following 'The Act Relating to the Child, 2018"
Medical Service
We provide all the medical services for our subcontractors. Few are covered by insurance and for others subcontractor is responsible.

We strongly follow women's rights in our projects.
